مستخلص: In the article, the mathematical model of heat transfer in a flat, cylindrical and spherical layers of a thin film coating is developed, which is a solid solution of hollow microspheres in a binder material from a dispersion of acrylic polymer, taking into account the non-linearity of its thermophysical properties. As a result of mathematical modeling of the heat conduction process in an energy-saving coating layer, new data were obtained on the effect of non-linearity of thermophysical properties on the temperature field of the layer and quantitative values of heat losses. Using the mathematical model, a correction was found for calculating heat losses, taking into account the temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity of a thin-film coating. In conclusion, the work graphically shows the selection of the optimal thickness of the thin-film coating on the basic of the minimum economic criterion, which was taken as a simple payback period of the project.
