| Abstract (English): |
The research aimed mainly at estimating the marketing efficiency of summer potatoes produced for fresh consumption and manufacturing stored in food preservation refrigerators in Beheira Governorate.The most important research results:The area planted with potatoes increased in Beheira Governorate, with an annual growth rate of about 4.3%, and the amount of output from them in Beheira Governorate increased at an annual growth rate of about 5.1% during the study period. The most important factors affecting summer potato storage costs are the costs of sorting, packing, and storing in refrigerators.The marketing efficiency of the summer potato crop in the research sample in the case of storage for domestic consumption was about 55%, While it reached about 37% in the case of storage for the purpose of manufacturing and consuming from the refrigerator for the local market, As for the storage manufacturing from the factory to the market, its marketing efficiency reached 43.31%, Which means it is relatively low, and this indicates that it is not suitable for marketing services, While the marketing efficiency of storage for the purpose of seeding in the research sample was about 81.5%, Which means its relatively high when this type of storage. يعتبر محصول البطاطس من المحاصيل الهامة في مصر، حيث بلغت المساحة المزروعة به حوالي 514 ألف فدان في عام 2112 وبلغ إجمالي كمية الناتج منه حوالي 8.3 مليون طن في نفس العام، واستهدف البحث بصفة أساسية تقدير الكفاءة التسويقية للبطاطس الصيفي المنتجة للإستهلاك الطازج والتصنيع المخزنة بثلاجات حفظ الأغذية بمحافظة البحيرة.أهم النتائج البحثية ازدادت المساحة المزروعة بالبطاطس بمحافظة البحيرة بمعدل نمو سنوي بلغ نحو 5.8 %، وازدادت كمية الناتج منها بالمحافظة البحيرة بمعدل نمو سنوي بلغ نحو 4.1 % خلال فترة الدراسة. أهم العوامل المؤثرة على تكاليف تخزين البطاطس الصيفي تكاليف كل من الفرز، التعبئة، التخزين بالثلاجات. بلغت الكفاءة التسويقية لمحصول البطاطس الصيفي بالعينة البحثية في حالة التخزين بغرض الإستهلاك المحلي حوالي 44 %، بينما بلغت حوالي 82 % في حالة التخزين بغرض التصنيع والمستهلكة من الثلاجة للسوق المحلي، أما التخزين بغرض التصنيع من المصنع للسوق فقد بلغت الكفاءة التسويقية لها بلغت نحو 58.81 %، مما يعني إنخفاضها نسبياً، وهذا يُشير إلى أنها لا تتناسب مع الخدمات التسويقية، في حين بلغت الكفاءة التسويقية للتخزين بغرض التقاوي بالعينة البحثية بلغت نحو 31.4 %، مما يعني ارتفاعها نسبياً لهذا النوع من التخزين.
