The other invests great importance in political thought of the United States because of the vastness and the ramifications of its international relations, therefore it was based on many works to build and frame the image of the other, perhaps the most relevant of them was its enormous media machine as well as political discourse, which are one of the most important tools for expressing the official position of the US administrations express the official position of the US administrations towards the other. The research attempts to clarify the image of the other and identify the type of descriptions attributed to him through the speeches of US President Donald Trump, and to monitor demonstration routes and the aims that he wanted to achieve and the revelation of meanings apparent and hidden by analyzing a random sample of his speeches during the period of 1/2/2017 to 1/5/2018 The research has produced a series of results, the most important of which is that the image that President Donald Trump tried to retract was manifested in two main categories: the positive one of the Jews as an oppressed and developed people, and the Europeans and Arab countries as friends, The other negative, including the Iranian, Syrian, North Korean, Venezuelan and Cuban regimes described by Trump as dictatorial and aggressive who have an arbitrary attitude against their people, has also introduced Russia as a regime of interest that supports dictatorial regimes, the terrorism as a threat to the whole world. Trump was based, in painting the image of the other, on a series of arguments and tests, the most important of them was the use of ideals, justification and commitment, as well as supporting his speeches with persuasive stimulation from any type in the line with American objectives and policies. يحظى الاخر بأهمية كبيرة في الفكر السياسي للولايات المتحدة بسبب سعة علاقاتها الدولية وتشعبها ولذلك فقد اعتمدت على العديد من الفواعل في بناء وتأطير صورة الاخر لعل ابرزها ماكنتها الاعلامية الضخمة فضلا عن الخطابات السياسية التي تعد من أهم ادوات التعبير عن الموقف الرسمي للإدا ا رت الامريكية ا ا زء الاخر. ويسعى البحث الى استجلاء صورة الآخر وبيان نوع التوصيفات التي نسبت له عبر خطابات الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ت ا رمب، ورصد مسا ا رت البرهنة التي وظفها والغايات التي أ ا رد تحقيقها فضلا عن الكشف عن المعاني الظاهرة والمستترة عن طريق تحليل عينة عشوائية من 2018 ، وقد تمخض البحث عن مجموعة /5/ 2017 ولغاية 1 /2/ خطاباته في اثناء المدة من 1 من النتائج أهمها ان الصورة التي حاول الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ت ا رمب تعميمها تمظهرت في صنفين رئيسيين هما الاخر الإيجابي المتمثل في اليهود كشعب مظلوم ومتطور، والاوربيين والدول العربية كأصدقاء، اما الأخر السلبي فشمل الانظمة الاي ا رنية والسورية والك و ي رة الشمالية والفنزويلية والكوبية التي وصفها ت ا رمب بالدكتاتورية والعدوانية واتباعها الممارسات التعسفية ضد شعوبها، كما قدم روسيا كنظام مصلحي يدعم الانظمة الدكتاتورية فضلا عن الارهاب كخطر يهدد العالم اجمع، وقد اعتمد ت ا رمب في رسم ملامح صورة الاخر على مجموعة من الحجج والب ا رهين كان ابرزها اللجوء الى حج المثل اولتبرير والال ا زم، كذلك دعم خطاباته بالإستمالات الإقناعية بكل انواعها بما يتوافق مع الغايات والسياسات الامريكية.
