| Abstract (English): |
The aim of the research was to building a scale the requirements of implementing the privatization in the Iraqi sports clubs from the members of their administrative bodies point of view . The descriptive method was used, the sample consisted of (222) members of the administrative bodies in the sports clubs they had chosen randomly. A questionnaire was used to identify the requirements of privatization. In the statistical analysis of the data, the weighted mean and percentage were used. The main conclusions were the need to provide land for the establishment of sports facilities for clubs and grant club administrations the freedom to invest their facilities and provide government support And ensure the rights of all parties, workers, investors and adminstration in the clubs and provide suitable environment conducive to investment and prepare the public opinion to accept privatization and the structure of administrative systems and provide various sources of different income to support sports activities. هدف البحث إلى بناء مقياس متطلبات الخصخصة في ال ندية الرياضية الع راقية ا ولتعرف على متطلبات تطبيق الخصخصة في ال ندية الرياضية العراقية من وجهة نظر اعضاء هيئاتها الإدارية ، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتك ونت عينة البحث من ) 222 ( عضواً من اعضاء الهيئات الإدارية في ال ندية الرياضية ،تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وفي جمع البيانات تم اعداد أداة استبيان للتعرف على متطلبات الخصخصة ، وفي التحليل الاحصائي للبيانات تم استخدام المت وسط الحسابي المرجح والنسبة المئوية وكأنت أهم الاستنتاجات هي ضر ورة توفير الا راضي لإقامة المنشآت الرياضية لل ندية ومنح إدا رات ال ندية الحرية في استثمار منشآتها وتوفير الدعم الحكومي والاطر التشريعية والقانونية التي تضمن حقوق جميع الاطراف من عاملين ومستثمرين والإدا رات في ال ندية وتوفير البيئة الملائمة للاستثمار وتهيئة ال رأي العام لتقبل الخصخصة وهيكلة ال نظمة الإدارية المعمول بها وتوفير مصادر الدخل المختلفة لدعم النشاطات الرياضية .
