| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to compare the types of multiple intelligences according to gender and the university to which physical education students belong in some universities in Oman. To achieve the aims of the study, a questionnaire to measure the eight types of multiple intelligences consists of 81 items has been developed and administered on a selected Physical Education students affiliated to Sultan Qaboos University (90 students) and Suhar University (115 students). By using descriptive statistics and test "T" to measure the differences between independent samples, the results revealed that the most types of multiple intelligences among Omani Physical Education students was: Interpersonal, intrapersonal, and bodily-kinesthetic intelligences, while the least commonly intelligences types among them were musical and logical-mathematical. The results also indicated that no significant differences in types of multiple intelligences affected by gender or university. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفت هذه الد راسة إلى مقارنة أنواع الذكاءات المتعددة وفقا للجنس والجامعة التي ينتمون إليها طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية في بعض الجامعات العمانية. ولتحقيق أهداف الد راسة قام الباحثين بتطوير مقياس خاص لمسح أنواع الذكاءات المتعددة الثمانية، تالف المقياس من 81 عبارة موزعة على الذكاءات الثمانية، وبعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته تم تطبيقه على عينتين مختارتين من طلاب جامعة السلطان قابوس ) 90 طالب وطالبة( وجامعة صحار ) 115 طالب وطالبة(. وباستخدام الإحصاء الوصفي واختبار "ت" لقياس الفروق بين العينات المستقلة توصلت الد راسة إلى أن أكثر أنواع الذكاءات تواف را لدى طلبة تخصص التربية الرياضية في سلطنة عمان هي: الذكاء الذاتي والذكاء الاجتماعي والذكاء الحركي في حين أن أقلها وجودا هي: الذكاءات الموسيقية والمنطقية، كما توصلت الد راسة إلى عدم وجود فروق في أنواع الذكاءات المتعددة ممكن أن تعزى لمتغيري الجنس أو الجامعة.
