| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed to identify the role of agricultural extension in the Field Irrigation Development. The study was carried out at three village in Kafr- El Sheikh Governorate. Data were collected from the 350 on a purposive sample from farmer’s who Applicants for field irrigation systems during the period from September to December 2017 through questionnaire by personal interview with farmer’s. Frequency, percentage and person correlation coefficient were used as statistical tools and for presenting the results. The most important results of the study could be summarized as follow: 1- the general average of presentation and satisfy level for Progressive extension services (65.4% and 61.6%) with a respectively. 2- the general average of Benefit level for Extension activities (48.4%). 3- The quality of services provided by the agricultural extension system, mostly knowledge services with an average of (88.9%). 4- The general average of the level of benefit from all returns of field irrigation development (85.6%). 5- There were no significant correlations between Benefit level of extension Service by pre and during development process and Field irrigation development returns. 6- There were significant correlation between the Quality of extension services and Field irrigation development returns (Economical-Environmental-Rationalize( . 7- The level spread of problems of field irrigation development came at (79.9 %) while the level of satisfaction with the proposals was average (86.8%). استهدفت الدراسة الحالية بصفة رئيسية التعرف على دور الإرشاد الزراعي في مجال تطوير الري الحقلي ببعض قري محافظة كفر الشيخ من خلال التعرف على الوضع الراهن والمأمول لأجهزة الإرشاد الزراعي ، وتحديد العلاقات بين دور الارشاد الزراعي في تطوير الري الحقلي وبين المردودات الناتجة عن عمليات تطوير الري الحقلي ، إضافة إلي أهم المشكلات والمقترحات التي تعيق من عمليات تطوير الري الحقلي ، وتم إجراء الدراسة بثلاث قري بالمحافظة قرية الخادمية ، وقرية الصالحات ، وقرية شابة ، كما تم إختيار عينة عمدية من الزراع الذين نفذوا نظم تطوير الري الحقلي بلغت 350 مزارع يمثلون حوالي 9 % من شاملة الدراسة . واستغرق جمع البيانات ثلاث أشهر متصلة بدأت من سبتمبر حتي ديسمبر 2017 م . وللحصول على البيانات المطلوبة تم استخدام الاستبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية ، ولعرض وتحليل البيانات تم الاستعانة بعدد من الأدوات الإحصائية كالتكرارات والنسب المئوية ، ومعامل الإرتباط لبيرسون ، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن الأتي : جاء المتوسط العام المستوي تقديم الخدمات الإرشادية المرحلية قبل وأثناء وبعد التطوير بنسبة ( 65,4 % ) ومستوي رضا عن تلك الخدمات بلغ ( 61,6 % ) ، بينما بلغ المتوسط العام لمستوي استفادة الزراع المبحوثين من الأنشطة الارشادية ( 48,4 % ) ، كما اتضح أن نوعية الخدمات التي يقدمها الجهاز الإرشادي الزراعي اغلبها خدمات معرفية بمتوسط بلغ ( 88,9 % ) ، وجاء المتوسط العام المستوي استفادة الزراع المبحوثين من كافة مردودات تطوير الري الحقلي ( 85,6 % ) ، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة معنوية بين مستوي الاستفادة من الخدمات الإرشادية بمرحلة ما قبل وأثناء عمليات التطوير و مردودات تطوير الري الحقلي ، كما اتضح وجود علاقة معنوية بين نوعية الخدمات المقدمة من قبل الجهاز الإرشادي ومردودات التطوير الاقتصادية والترشيدية والبيئية ، وأخيرا أظهرت النتائج أن مستوي انتشار مشکلات تطوير الري الحقلي جاءت بنسبة 79,9 % ) ، بينما جاء مستوي الرضا عن المقترحات بمتوسط بلغ ( 86,8 % ).
