| Abstract (English): | As far as the use of the Arabic language is concerned, the tourism sector in Algeria, like all other sectors and administrations, identifies a stark contrast between the theoretical call on the one hand and the implementation on the other. This is because Arabic is constitutionally the official language which was supported by many laws imposing its mandatory use to the extent that violation of such laws introduces punishment. This sector-tourism-actually lives a linguistic situation characterized by the mixed use of languages which introduced a chaos in all aspects of tourism which should be aesthetic and monotonous. This paper is a field work aiming at finding explanations for this shortcoming. It presents suggestions to authorities in charge of the sector to surmount this linguistic issue. | Abstract (Arabic): | يُعاني قطاعُ السِّياحة بِالجزائر في مسألة اِستعمال اللّغة العربيّة، شأنه في ذلكَ شأن جميع القطاعات والإدارات، تناقضاً صارخاً بين الدَّعوة النَّظريَّة من جهةٍ والتَّطبيق من جهة أخرى، فالعربيَّة هي اللُّغةُ الرَّسميَّة دستورياً، صدرت في سبيل تطبيقها قوانين كثيرة إلزامية، يُعاقبُ عليها مُُالفُوها، وإذا رجعنا إلى الواقع فإنَّ هذا القطاع يعيشُ خلطاً لغوياًّ في الاستعمال، أفضى عليه اِضطراباً في جميع مناحِي الفعل السِّياحي الَّذي ينبغي أنْ يتَّسمَ بالجماليَّة والرَّتابة، وأعْطَى صورة مشَوّهة للفعل السّياحي، نرومُ بهذا المقال أن نطرحَ قضيَّة اللّغة العربية في الاستعمال الفندقي وما ينتابها من تدَاخلٍ فوضوي في إطارِ الازدواجية والثّنائية. وهو الأَمرُ الَّذي يُعالجه هذا المقال في الميدان مُُاولاً إيجاد تفسيرات مُعلّلة لهذا القصور مقدّماً وجهات نظر، في شكل اقتراحاتٍ عَلَّ القائمين على القطاع الأخذ بها لتدارك هذا الوضع.
