| Abstract (English): |
The subject of this research is the weighting of the noble prophetic hadith in which grammarians differed (Ibn Malik through his book Explanation of Facilitation as a model). His research studies the hadiths that Ibn Malik used to weight between the different grammatical doctrines and opinions in his book. The study follows a descriptive and analytical approach to study the hadiths following the same order Ibn Malik used in his book. The study concludes that: 1. Ibn Malik was the imam of the grammarians who weight using prophetic hadith. 2. The nonchalance of Ibn Malik and those who followed him from the grammarians in verifying the chain oh the Prophet’s hadith, the narrator and the narration. 3. The nonchalance of Ibn Malik and those who followed him in attributing grammatical opinions to their owners; specially those of Kufic school. 4. The emergence of Ibn Malik’s moderate school in grammatical issues. 5. Among the most prominent grammarians influenced by Ibn Malik in weighting using the prophetic hadith are his son Badr Aldin, Ibn Hisham, and Ibn Oqail. 6. موضوع هذا البحث ترجيح النبلاء حديث نبوي اختلف فيه النحاة (ابن مالك من خلال كتابه شرح التيسير كنموذج). يدرس بحثه الأحاديث التي كان ابن مالك يزنها بين المذاهب والآراء النحوية المختلفة في كتابه الكتاب. تتبع الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي دراسة الأحاديث على نفس الترتيب الذي استخدمه ابن مالك في كتابه الكتاب. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن: 1. كان ابن مالك إمام النحاة الذين يثقلون باستخدام الوزن الحديث النبوي. 2. لامبالاة ابن مالك ومن تبعه النحاة في التحقق من سلسلة الحديث النبوي الراوي والسرد. 3. لامبالاة ابن مالك ومن تبعه فيه إسناد الآراء النحوية إلى أصحابها ؛ خاصة هؤلاء المدرسة الكوفية. 4. ظهور مدرسة ابن مالك المتوسطة في النحو مسائل. 5. من أبرز النحاة تأثرًا بابن مالك في الترجيح بالحديث النبوي ابنه بدر الدين وابن هشام وابن عقيل. 6. تفرد الأحاديث في ترجيح المسألة النحوية أو الرأي النحوي. ما عدا مسألتين [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
