| Abstract (English): |
This study aims to identify the contribution of the philosophy of process reengineering to the application of total quality management in the economic enterprise, Where the focus was on the Antibiotic branch of the Saidal Complex in Medea, Where the study sample is represented in the administrators working in the institution under study and their number reached 45 workers from a total community estimated at: 60 workers, Where the descriptive and analytical approach was used to suit the objectives of the study, and a questionnaire was distributed to the studied sample, and the statistical program (SPSS) 23 version was used to process the questionnaire, This study concluded that there is an average level of the existence of both process re-engineering and total quality management in the institution under study, And that the training system in the institution is ineffective due to the low training budget, and consequently the failure of all employees of the institution under study to receive appropriate training, This study recommended that the institution under study pay attention to the philosophy of process re-engineering, And adopting it as a basic process that contributes to improving the performance of the institution and improving the performance of employees, In addition to the necessity of investing in the principles of total quality management such as training, motivation and education, and adopting them as basic work principles that cannot be dispensed with. تهدف ىذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مسالعة فلسفة إعادة ىندسة العمليات في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الدؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث تم التًكيز على فرع أنتيبيوتيكال التابع لمجمع صيدال بالددية، حيث تتمثل عينة الدراسة في الإداريتُ العاملتُ بالدؤسسة لزل الدراسة وبلغ عددىم 54 عاملا من لرتمع كلي يقدر ب: 06 عامل، حيث تم استخدام الدنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدلاءمتو لأىداف الدراسة، وتم توزيع استبيان على النسخة 32 لدعالجة الاستبيان، ىذا وقد توصلت ىذه الدراسة إلى أن ىناك (SPSS) العينة الددروسة، كما تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي مستوى متوسط لتواجد كل من إعادة ىندسة العمليات وإدارة الجودة الشاملة بالدؤسسة لزل الدراسة، وأن نظام التدريب في الدؤسسة غتَ ف ع ال بسبب الطفاض ميزانية التدريب وبالتالي عدم حصول جميع العاملتُ بالدؤسسة لزل الدراسة على التدريب الدناسب، ىذا وقد أوصت ىذه الدراسة إلى أنو ينبغي على الدؤسسة لزل الدراسة الاىتمام بفلسفة إعادة ىندسة العمليات، وتبنيها كعملية أساسية تساىم في برستُ أداء الدؤسسة وبرستُ أداء العاملتُ، إضافة إلى ضرورة الاستثمار في مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة من تدريب وبرفيز وتعليم وتبنيها كمبادئ عمل أساسية يستحيل الاستغناء عنها.
