| Abstract (English): |
The aim of the research is to evaluate the role of ERP systems in improving the quality of management information in Yemeni telecommunications companies, by showing the nature of enterprise resource planning systems and aspects of improving the quality of management information and the success factors of these systems. During the distribution of (67) copies of the questionnaire list to a random sample of workers in the field of information systems in Yemeni telecommunications companies, the research reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is an important role for ERP systems in improving the quality of administrative information in Yemeni telecom companies. These systems enabled it to improve the quality of management information by (67.1%) despite the high cost of these systems, and the results also showed a strong positive relationship between the use of ERP systems and improving the quality of management information, reaching (68.1%), and that the high cost of owning and using planning systems ERP project resources were the reason for creating (37.5%) of the difficulties experienced by these companies, and a reason for limiting the improvement in the quality of management information ).)%14.06 in these companies . إىل تقييم دور نظم ختطيط موار املشروعاتERP يف حتسني جودة املعلومات اإلدارية يف شركات االتصاالت اليمنية, من خالل بيان طبيعة نظم ختطيط موارد املشروعات وجوانب حتسني جودة املعلومات اإلدارية وعوامل جناح تلك النظم، وقد اعتمد البحث على املنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما مت مجع البيانات من خالل توزيع عدد (67 )نسخة من قائمة االستبيان على عينة عشوائية من العاملني يف جمال نظم املعلومات بشركات االتصاالت اليمنية، وقد توصل البحث إىل جمموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن هناك دور مهم لنظم ختطيط موارد املشروعاتERP يف حتسني جودة املعلومات اإلدارية يف شركات االتصاالت اليمنية حيث مكنتها تلك النظم من حتسني جودة املعلومات اإلدارية بنسبـة (1.67)% رغم ارتفاع تكلفة تلك النظم، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود عالقة طردية قوية بني استخدام نظم ختطيط موارد املشروعاتERP وحتسني جودة املعلومات اإلدارية، بلغت (1.68)%وأن التكلفة املرتفعة القتناء واستخدام نظم ختطيط موارد املشروعاتERP ،كان سببا يف خلق ( 5.37)% من الصعوبات اليت تعاني منها تلك الشركات، وسببا يف احلد من حتسني جودة املعلومات اإلدارية يف تلك الشركات بنسبة .(%14.06).
