| Abstract (English): |
Social responsibility is a human necessity to prepare a good citizen and build a unified society capable of keeping pace with the accelerated progress of all aspects of life, it is a unique social need, so following up the degree of social responsibility among university students is one of the issues worthy of attention and research because it is related to many issues of society, including the process of social responsibility in all Its fields are in Iraq that all educational and educational institutions, including the university, play their role in following up the degree of social responsibility that characterizes students in all faculties of the university, which students of internal departments form part of, and that the feeling of responsibility is one of the important foundations in evaluating and building the personality of the individual, and with this, the absence of social responsibility becomes life chaos The law of the jungle prevails, cooperation is lacking, and selfishness and individualism prevail. Citizenship is also an important aspect of the personality structure. The deficiency in this aspect is largely responsible for what we suffer today from problems. We do not exaggerate if we say that many of the current problems of our society are the problems of the absence of the spirit of citizenship and social responsibility at its core. The research objectives were defined by: 1- Social responsibility, citizenship and voluntary work according to the variable of scientific competence (humanitarian / pure). 2- The significance of the link between citizenship and volunteer work according to the variable of specialization (humanities, pure sciences) 3- The significance of the link between volunteer work and social responsibility, according to the variable of specialization (humanities, pure sciences). The research community consisted of students of the internal departments at the University of Kirkuk. As for the research sample, it consisted of (126) male and female students living in the internal departments and formed a percentage. The researcher used to prepare a measure of social responsibility, a measure of citizenship and another measure of volunteer work to identify the levels of variables among students of internal departments and after using Statistical means the following results were reached: There is a statistically significant correlation at a level of (0.05) confidence in students' behavior among the three research variables. The existence of a statistically significant difference in the correlation coefficient in the variables of volunteer work and citizenship among students of the internal departments of humanitarian and pure specializations at a level of confidence (0.05) and a degree of freedom (129) 3- There is a statistically significant difference in the correlation coefficient in the variables of volunteer work and social responsibility among students of the internal departments of pure and humanitarian specializations at a level of confidence (0.05) and a degree of freedom (129). املسؤولية االجتماعية واملواطنة ... إن املسؤولية االجتامعية رضورة إنسانية إلعداد املواطن الصالح وبناء جمتمع موحد قادر عىل مسايرة التقدم املسارع لكافة مناحي احلياة, فهي حاجة اجتامعية فريدة, لذا فأن متابعة درجة املسؤولية االجتامعية لدى طلبة اجلامعة من القضايا اجلديرة باالهتامم والبحث ألهنا املرتبطة بالعديد من قضايا املجتمع ومنها عملية املسؤولية االجتامعية بكل جماالهتا يف العراق, وأن مجيع املؤسسات الرتبوية والتعليمية منها اجلامعة تقوم بدورها يف متابعة ً درجة املسؤولية االجتامعية التي يتصف هبا الطلبة يف مجيع كليات اجلامعة والتي يشكل طلبة األقسامالداخلية جزء منها, وأن الشعور باملسؤولية من األسس املهمة يف تقويم وبناء شخصية الفرد ومع هذا فإن غياب املسؤولية االجتامعية تصبح احلياة فوىض وتشيع رشيعة الغابة وينعدم التعاون وتغلب االنانية والفردية. كام متثل املواطنة جانبًا مهًام يف بنية الشخصية ويعترب النقص يف هذا اجلانب مسؤوالً إىل حد كبري عام نعانيه اليوم من مشكالت وال نبالغ إذا قلنا أن كثريًا من مشكالت جمتمعنا الراهنة هي مشكالت غياب روح املواطنة واملسؤولية االجتامعية يف صميمها . وقد حتددت أهداف البحث بالتعرف عىل : 5 -املسؤولية االجتامعية واملواطنة والعمل الطوعي عـــــىل وفـــــق متغري االختصاص العلمي )اإلنساين / رصفة ( . 2 -داللة االرتباط بني املواطنة والعمل التطوعي عىل وفق متغري االختصاص )انساين علوم رصفة ( 3 -داللة االرتباط بني العمل التطوعي واملسؤولية االجتامعية عىل وفق متغري االختصاص ) إنساين علوم رصفة ( . وقد تكونت جمتمع البحث من طلبة االقسام الداخلية يف جامعة كركوك أما عينة البحث تألفت من )621 ) طالبًا وطالبة للساكنني يف األقسام الداخلية وشكلت نسبة وقد استخدم الباحث بإعداد مقياس للمسؤولية االجتامعية ومقياس للمواطنة ومقياس اخر للعمل التطوعي للتعرف عىل مستويات املتغريات لدى طلبة االقسام الداخلية وبعد استخدام الوسائل االحصائية تم التوصل إىل النتائج اآلتية : 6 -وجودارتباط دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى ثقة ) 0,0 ),فـــي سلوك الطلبة بني متغريات البحث الثالثة . 2 -وجود فرق دال إحصائيا يف معامل االرتباط يف متغريي العمل التطوعي واملواطنة لدى طلبة األقسام الداخلية لالختصاصات اإلنسانية والرصفة عنــــد مستوى ثقة ) 0,0 ),وبدرجة حرية ) 621) 3 -وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا يف معامل االرتباط يف متغريي العمل التطوعي واملسؤولية االجتامعية لدى طلبة األقسام الداخلية لالختصاصات اإلنسانية والرصفة عنــــد مستوى ثقة ) 0,0 ),وبدرجة حرية ) 621.
