مستخلص: Tripleurospermum inodorum (L.) Sch.Bip. (Asteraceae) is widespread plant species in the central part of the Russian Federation and has a potential for agricultural utilization. The extracts were obtained from the maceration of fresh and rapidly frozen (in liquid nitrogen flower biomass, with ethanol, methanol and hexane as organic extractants). The ethanolic extract was found to have the highest antimicrobial activity (MIC values varied from 0.0125 to 0.05%). Alternaria solani was the most sensitive to the components of the ethanolic extract. The T. inodorum flower extracts had an inhibitory effect on seed germination and growth of watercress.
