The article discusses court cases in South Africa. The courts considered provisions of the National Road Traffic Act (NRTA) in the suspension of driving licences for drunken driving in S v. Greef, S v. Lourens and S v. Muller. The court held that domestic violence were committed in the divorce case DT v. BT. The appeals court reduced the amount of damages in Minister of Police and National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) v. Randshaw Bagley for wrongful, false and malicious prosecution. |
