The issue of sustainable development is one of the important issues that have cast a shadow at the international and national levels, as it has become an indispensable choice to promote the human right to a clean and sound environment. Awareness of the environmental, economic and societal limitations that we face as a society on the other hand. The research concluded with many results, including the tyranny of the holistic character on the concept of development, as it is based on harmonizing economic and social development with environmental considerations in order to reduce the current environmental pollution, climate change and global warming while preserving natural resources as much as possible, not exceeding their ability to renew for the future. یعد موضوع التنمیة المستدامة من المواضیع المھمة التي القت بظلاھا على الصعید الدولي والوطني فغدا خیارا لابد منھ لتعزیز حق الانسان في بیئة نظیفة وسلیمة، وتنبع الاھمیة من جوھر التنمیة المستدامة الذي یصبوا الى تحقیق التوازن بین الاحتیاجات المختلفة للاجیال الحاضرة دون الاضرار بالاجیال المستقبلیة من جھة، وبین الوعي بالمحدودیة البیئیة والاقتصادیة والمجتمعیة التي نواجھھا كمجتمع من جھة أخرى، وقد خلص البحث الى نتائج جمة منھا طغیان الصفة الشمولیة على مفھوم التنمیة كونھا تقوم على مواءمة التنمیة الاقتصادیة والاجتماعیة مع الاعتبارات البیئیة من أجل الحد من التلوث البیئي الحالي وتغیر المناخ والاحتباس الحراري مع الحفاظ على الموارد الطبیعیة قدر الإمكان بما لا یتجاوز قدرتھا على التجدد حفاظا على مستقبل الأجیال القادمة.
