| Abstract (English): |
Power is a Central Concept in Political Science topics. It reveals the status of States and their Roles in the International System, and it represents the best way to determine the state’s status in terms of its potential to influence the global system. Accordingly, the countries, especially those that have great power elements and wish to exercise roles outside their geographical boundaries, did not hide in employing various forms of their power in order to influence strategic spaces that justify the task of recognition by all countries, especially the major ones, with the regional and international standing that they desire. In fact, this is done according to a reduced strategic performance by means that reveal the nature of its movements in the areas of influence in which it is active, and these means are represented through the concepts of: interference, occupation, expansion or sustainable influence and other means by which the state employs the principle of spreading its power in the geological environment. A strategy that extends beyond its declared geographical boundaries. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

تمثؿ القوة مفيوما مركزيا في موضوعات عمـ السياسة. وىي الكاشفة عف مكانة الدوؿ وأدوارىا في النظاـ الدولي، وىي ً عمى ذلؾ لـ تخ ِؼ الدوؿ وخاصة خير وسيمة في تحديد وضع الدولة بداللة امكاناتيا في التأثير في المنظومة العالمية. بناء تمؾ التي لدييا عناصر قوة كبيرة و الراغبة بممارسة أدوار خارج حدودىا الجغرافية في توظيؼ مختمؼ أشكاؿ قوتيا ألجؿ التأثير في فضاءات استراتيجية تسوغ ليا ميمة اإلعتراؼ بيا مف قبؿ الدوؿ كافة وخاصة الكبرى منيا بالمكانة اإلقميمية والدولية التي ترغب بيا. وىذا في الحقيقة يتـ عمى وفؽ أداء استراتيجي مختزؿ بوسائؿ كاشفة عف طبيعة تحركاتيا في مناطؽ النفوذ التي تنشط فييا، وىذه الوسائؿ تتمثؿ مف خبلؿ مفاىيـ: التدخؿ او االحتبلؿ او التمدد او التأثير المستداـ وغيرىا مف الوسائؿ التي توظؼ مف خبلليا الدولة مبدأ انتشار قوتيا في البيئة الجيو- استراتيجية التي تمتد لما بعد حدودىا الجغرافية المعمنة.
