| Abstract (English): |
The wireless communication technology represented by mobile phones, although it has many benefits, but it is necessary to know the other side of this technology, which is mainly the emission of non-ionizing radiation from its towers, and the companies operating in this field aim to achieve profits without taking into account. Technical and health standards aimed at minimizing the harm arising from exposure to non-ionizing radiation. In light of the failure of penal laws to address this issue with a treatment, it is necessary to rely on the general principles of the penal code to deal with the dangerous effects of the emission of non-ionizing radiation that harm human health. تقنية الاتصالات اللاسلكية المتمثلة في الهواتف المحمولة ، على الرغم من فوائدها الكثيرة ، إلا أنه من الضروري معرفة الجانب الآخر من هذه التقنية ، وهو بشكل أساسي انبعاث الإشعاعات غير المؤينة من أبراجها ، وتهدف الشركات العاملة في هذا المجال لتحقيق أرباح دون مراعاة. المعايير الفنية والصحية الهادفة إلى تقليل الضرر الناجم عن التعرض للإشعاع غير المؤين. في ظل فشل القوانين الجزائية في معالجة هذه المشكلة بالعلاج ، من الضروري الاعتماد على المبادئ العامة لقانون العقوبات للتعامل مع الآثار الخطيرة لانبعاث الإشعاعات غير المؤينة التي تضر بصحة الإنسان.
