Public opinion has become a powerful force in our modern society. As a result of the development of the media and its various programs, specifically the political programs, as well as the evolution of the current political, economic and social conditions of these societies, public opinion has become a powerful force in people's daily lives, It builds prestige and destroys it, supports important service bodies, sets laws and abolishes them. It also takes into account the social traditions and moral principles, denies them, inflates or discourages the morale of the public. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

لقد أصبح ال أري العام قوة كبيرة في مجتمعنا الحديث؛ وذلك نتيج ًة يد لتطور وسائل االعالم وتنوه ب ارمجها المختلفة، ومنها على وجه التحد السياسية( وكذلك نتيج ًة )البرامج لتطور األوضاع السياسية واالقتصادية واالجتماعية ال ارهنة لهذه المجتمعات، فأصبح ال أري العام قوة ذات أثر كبير في حياة الناس اليومية، فهو يبني الشهرة ويهدمها، ويؤازر هيئات الخدمة الهامة ويضع القوانين ويلغيها، كما أنه يراعي التقاليد االجتماعية والمبادئ االخالقية ويتنكر لها وينفخ الروح المعنوية في الجمهور أو يثبطها، ومن هنا جاءت فكرة دراسة أهمية البرامج السياسية في تشكيل آراء الجمهور.
