Today, the faculties of physical education and sports sciences strive to meet the modern global changes and challenges that are expected of them. It is certain that physical education and sports sciences are among the active areas in society that affect and are affected by it. The problem of the research lies in that the mathematical process does not proceed steadily and balanced on the one hand, and on the other hand there is a lot of shortage of material resources, if not non-existent, knowing that there are many sponsors and supporters, and on the other hand the lack of sufficient awareness in the field of investment in the bodies or colleges Sports and its divisions, and the lack of sport as an area of investment within the investment plan and the lack of sufficient awareness and studies that help understand the sports investment strategy in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The objectives of the research are to identify the importance of sports investment in colleges and departments of education and sports sciences in the Kurdistan region of Iraq from the point of view of its teaching organization and its administrative staff. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method, for its suitability to the nature of the research. As for the research community and its samples, the research community included all teachers and administrators from all colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences in the Kurdistan region and included 17 public universities and 19 private universities. Physical Education and Sports Science in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq. And members of some administrative bodies who have administrative positions in colleges and sports departments in all their classifications, where the number of all teachers and administrators reached (406). تسعى کلیات التربیة البدنیة والعلوم الریاضیة الیوم لمواجهة التغیرات والتحدیات العالمیة الحدیثة المتوقع منها، ومن المؤکد أن التربیة البدنیة والعلوم الریاضیة من المجالات الفاعلة فی المجتمع والتی تؤثر فیة وتتأثر به، وهذا المدخل یحتم تهیئة المؤسسات الریاضیة الحکومیة والأهلیة لتتوافق مع متطلبات الاستثمار التسویقی والمنافسة، ومواکبة هذا التغیرات السریعة المتلاحقة یتطلب بالضرورة تبنی هذه المؤسسات مفاهیم جدیدة لوضع أسس وتوجهات تتماشی مع نظم الإدارة الحدیثة لإحداث طفرة فی النظم الإداریة للتوأمة مع التطور الإداری العالمی، ویؤکد الباحثان على أهمیة الاستثمار فی کلیات التربیة البدنیة واقسامها لتهدف إلى الاستثمار المتمیز، لتحقیق مردود اجتماعی واقتصادی وثقافی یأمله کل من المستثمر والمستفید، وتعد استراتیجیات الاستثمار الریاضی جزء بالغ الاهمیة فی العملیة الاداریة داخل المؤسسات الریاضیة. تکمن مشکلة البحث فی أن الریاضة لا تسیر بشکل ثابت ومتزن وتحتوی على الکثیر من النقص فی الموارد المادیة ان لم تکن معدومة، علماً أن هنالک الکثیر من الجهات الراعیة والداعمة لها، ومن جهة اخرى عدم وجود الوعی الکافی فی مجال الاستثمار لدى الهیئات أو کلیات الریاضیة واقسامها، وعدم وضع الریاضة کمجال من مجالات الاستثمار ضمن الخطة الاستثماریة، وعدم وجود الوعی الکافی والدراسات التی تساعد على تفهم اهمیة الاستثمار الریاضی فی إقلیم کردستان العراق. ویهدف البحث التعرف على اهمیة الاستثمار الریاضی فی کلیات واقسام التربیة البدنیة وعلوم الریاضة بإقلیم کردستان العراق، من وجهة نظر اعضاء هیئاتها التدریسیة وملاکاتها الاداریة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفی بالأسلوب المسحی وذلک لملاءمته لطبیعة البحث. اما مجتمع البحث وعیناته اشتمل التدریسین والاداریین کلهم من کلیات واقسام التربیة البدنیة وعلوم الریاضة جمیعها بإقلیم کردستان، وتضمن(17) جامعة حکومیة، و(19) جامعة اهلیة، الا ان عدد الجامعات التی فیها کلیات واقسام للتربیة الریاضیة بلغت ( 13) جامعة مثلت عینة البحث التدریسین والاداریین کافة من کلیات واقسام التربیة البدنیة وعلوم الریاضة بإقلیم کردستان- العراق، وأعضاء بعض الهیئات الإداریة الذین لدیهم مناصب إداریة فی کلیات، والاقسام الریاضیة بتصنیفاتها جمیعاً، حیث وبلغ عدد جمیع التدریسین والاداریین ( 406 )، واستخدام الباحث النسبة المئویة والمتوسطات الحسابیة ومعامل الارتباط، والانحرافات المعیاریة، واختبار (کا 2) کمعالجات احصائیة, توصل الباحثان إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات منها أن الاستثمار یقلل من اعتماد الکلیات الریاضیة على مصدر التمویل الحکومی الممثل بمنحة وزارة التعلیم العالی والبحوث العلمیة. ویساعد الاستثمار على تهیئة المنح الدراسیة فی الجامعات وبما یضمن الربط بین التعلیم وممارسة الریاضة ومع تقدیم الدعم والرعایة الکاملة خلال الدراسة.
