The shipbuilding industry is one of the essential links in the maritime industry, which significantly affects the national logistics system. PT. Waiame Dock and Shipping have a supply chain supporting all their operations. Implementing physical distancing and work from home rules pressure the existing supply chain. SCOR is a process reference model that combines concepts in business process reengineering, benchmarking and process measurement. Applying the SCOR model within certain limits is quite flexible and can be adjusted to increase productivity to meet consumer needs. The purpose of this study is to obtain the level of performance of PT. Waiame Dock and Shipping, which can further be used as measurements for similar companies. The results showed that the supply chain performance of PT Dok dan Perkapalan Waiame was good. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
