This research aimed to identify the indicative needs of fishermen in Lake Manzala by identifying the current situation of respondents, some of personal, social and economic characteristics, degree of importance of sources of information, level of need Knowledge and implementation and the most important problems facing them with proposals for solving. The trial was conducted on the three largest places in Dakahlia and Damietta, about 5 % from 4045. Frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, weighted average and relative weight were used for statistical analysis. The most important results were: Most sources of information for fishermen are from the family and neighbors with a weighted average of 2.54, almost half of the respondents, 49.5%, have a high level of knowledge needed with technical recommendations, and more than 54.6% have the level of executive need. The most important problems were the shortcomings. In treating and purifying the lake from sewage, with a relative weight of 2.9, overfishing for the pretext with a relative weight of 2.7, discharging pollutants into the lake with a relative weight of 2.4. The entry of salt water and fish marine at a rate of 86.1, the treatment and purification from sewage at a rate of 80.2, the treatment and purification from dirt for sewage by 80.2. استهدف البحث التعرف على الاحتياجات الإرشادية لصائدي الأسماك ببحيرة المنزلة، من خلال التعرف على الوضع الراهن للمبحوثين فيما يتعلق بالخصائص الشخصية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والتعرف علي أهمية مصادر المعلومات التي يفضلها المبحوثين للحصول على معلوماتهم، ومستوي الاحتياج المعرفي والتنفيذي للمبحوثين للتوصيات المستحدثة المتعلقة بصيد الأسماك ببحيرة المنزلة، تحديد أهم المشكلات التي تواجه الصيادين المبحوثين بحيرة المنزلة ومقترحاتهم لحل تلك المشكلات. وأجريت الدراسة على أكبر ثلاث أماكن من حيث عدد الصيادين بمحافظتي الدقهلية ودمياط هي المطرية، الجمالية، غيط النصارى، وجمعت البيانات الميدانية باستخدام الاستبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية خلال الفترة من شهر إبريل حتى شهر يونيو 2022 ، لعينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ قوامها 203 صيادا من إجمالي الشاملة البالغ عددها 4045 بنسبة 5% واستخدمت التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، والمتوسط الحسابي، والمتوسط المرجح، والوزن النسبي، كأدوات للتحليل الإحصائي. وتلخصت أهم نتائج الدراسة فى الآتى: أكثر مصادر المعلومات أهمية تمثلت فى الأهل والجيران بمتوسط مرجح 2.54 ، وأن نصف المبحوثين تقريبا 49.5 % مستوي الاحتياج المعرفي مرتفع بالتوصيات الفنية، ويزيد عن نصف المبحوثين 54.6 % مستوى الاحتياج التنفيذي لديهم مرتفع للممارسات الفنية الخاصة بالصيد، وتمثلت أهم المشكلات التي ذكرها المبحوثين القصور فى معالجة وتطهير البحيرة من الصرف الصحي بوزن نسبي 2.9 ، الصيد الجائر للذريعة بوزن نسبي 2.7 ، صرف الملوثات بجميع أنواعها في البحيرة بوزن نسبي 2.4 وكانت أهم المقترحات التي ذكرها المبحوثين يمكن ترتيبها كالتالى: . تفعيل دور شرطة المسطحات بنسبة 88.1 ، تطهير البواغيز بنسبة 86.1 ، معالجة وتطهير البحيرة من الصرف الصحي بنسبة 80.2.
