مستخلص: 배경: Little is known about the immunologic response and adverse effects on antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV) in patients receiving coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) vaccines. We evaluated the effect of the vaccines on AAV disease activity. 방법: We reviewed the medical records of 52 patients with AAV who received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and evaluated immunogenicity by measuring anti-spike (S) antibody (Ab) titers using Roche Elecsys immunoassay. The Birmingham vasculitis activity score (BVAS) and Short form-36 (SF-36) were checked pre- and post-vaccination to assess AAV disease activity. Vaccine reactivity was measured using a standardized questionnaire. 결과: We enrolled 52 patients with AAV. We found no difference between the second and third doses in AAV type, baseline disease activity, vaccine type, or the use of immunosuppressive agents, including steroids. The median anti-S Ab titer was 3967.0 after three vaccine doses compared with 419.0 after two doses (P=0.001). The BVAS remained unchanged before and after both two and three doses. No life-threatening adverse events observed. 결론: The COVID-19 vaccine produced sufficient antibodies and did not aggravate disease activity in patients with AAV.
