| Abstract (English): |
The poultry industry is one of the leading industries in animal production, but it is dominated by the traditional character more than the modern and developed using technology, as it represents about 65% to about 70% spread in all governorates of the Republic .The results showed an increase in the volume of national production of white meat at a rate of 0.06% annually, and an increase in the volume of national consumption of white meat by about 0.05% annually, and an increase in the volume of individual consumption of chicken by about 0.03% annually, and estimates also indicated the development of national production of chicken, where the volume of national production of chicken increased by about 0.07% annually, and the volume of national consumption of chicken increased by about 0.07% annually, and the volume of individual consumption available for use of chicken increased by about 0.04%, 104.03 thousand tons annually. that the most important factors affecting local and international prices for production requirements, and there are no added investments for this sector, as the estimates showed an increase in the price of wheat bran by about 0.1% per year, and the price of soybean gain by about 0.1% per year, and the price of yellow corn by about 0.14% per year for the period (2010 - 2019). تعد صناعة الدواجن من الصناعات الرائدة بالانتاج الحيوانى الا ان يغلب عليها الطابع التقليدى اكثر من الحديث والمطور باستخدام التكنولوجيا حيث تمثل نحو 65 % الى نحو 70% منتشرة بجميع المحافظات بالجمهورية .واوضحت النتائج تزايد حجم الانتا ج القومي للحوم البيضاء بمعدل %0.06 سنويا، وتزايد حجم الاستهلاك القومي للحوم البيضاء بنحو %0.05 سنويا، وتزايد حجم الاستهلاك الفردي للدجاج بنحو 0.03% سنويا ، كما اشارت التقديرات الى تطور الأنتاج القومي من الدجاج ، حيث تزايد حجم الأنتاج القومي من الدجاج بنحو %0.07 سنويا ،وتزايد حجم الاستهلاك القومي للدجاج بنحو %0.07 سنويا ،و تزايد حجم الاستهلاك الفردي والمتاح للاستخدام من الدجاج بنحو 0.04% ، 104.03 الف طن سنويا. وبدارسة اهم العومل المؤثر على انتاج اللحوم البيضاء اوضحت النتائج ان الإنتاج الفعلي لبدارى التسمبن وسعر البيض المفرغ صناعياً وطبيعياً يوجد استقرار فى انتاجهما ويتأثرا بالظروف الطارئة على الاقتصاد المصرى والازمات المتواكبة ، وان اهم العوامل تأثيرا الاسعار المحلية والعالمية لمستلزمات الانتاج ، ولا يوجد استثمارات مضافة لهذا القطاع ، كما اوضحت التقديرات تزايد سعر نخالة القمح بنحو 0.1 % سنويا، وسعر كسب الفول الصويا بنحو 0.1 % سنويا، وسعر الذرة الصفراء بنحو 0.14 % سنويا للفترة (2010 -2019) ، وتضاعف الاسعار فى الفترة الاخيرة ( 2021 -2022) لمستلزمات الانتاج خاصة الاعلاف بمعدلات متزايدة مما اثرت على صناعة الدواجن وعزوف الكثير عن الصناعة بسبب الازمات العالمية التى تمر بها البلاد .
