مستخلص: Nearly all cars with a wheel drive or front mounted engine style have drive shafts. One of the main features of serious cars is a revolving pipe. The reducing of the drive shaft's load would have an exact function within the general vehicle weight reduction and can be a very interesting objective, which is mostly met without raising costs and reducing efficiency and liability. The objective of this study is to change the steel tube rotating shaft for vehicle for the plastic rotating shaft Associate in the nursing sector. In order to reduce bending naturally, the conventional driving shaft area unit is formed in 2 elements and composite shafts also are created as single part shafts, minimizing overall weight. With the aim of minimising composite drive shaft burdens, the planning parameters were optimized. The highly modular composite drive shaft, designed for improving design or material control by using the CAD mistreatment kit tested in ANSYS and delivering the right material. The substitution of composite materials leads to a significant decrease in weight comparison with Traditional shaft of steel. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
