| Abstract (English): |
One of the biggest challenges facing the Minimum Life Income is related to its impact on the labour market. The benefit responds to the need to ensure a basic level of income for households, and has poverty reduction as one of its main objectives. However, beyond economic provision, comprehensive care for the most vulnerable requires a set of strategic policies that allow their full social and labour inclusion in society. Taking into account the scale of the challenge, the legislator has developed draft inclusion itineraries with the social partners, a Social Inclusion Label for companies, as well as an incentive to employment for recipients of the benefit, which we propose to analyze in this article. Uno de los mayores desafíos al que se enfrenta el Ingreso Mínimo Vital guarda relación con su impacto en el mercado de trabajo. La prestación atiende a la necesidad de garantizar un nivel básico de ingresos a los hogares, y tiene entre sus principales objetivos la reducción de la pobreza. No obstante, más allá de la prestación económica, la atención integral de las personas más vulnerables requiere de un conjunto de políticas estratégicas que permitan su plena inclusión social y laboral en la sociedad. Teniendo en cuenta la envergadura del reto, el legislador ha desarrollado reglamentariamente unos proyectos de itinerarios de inclusión con los agentes sociales, un Sello de Inclusión social para las empresas, así como un incentivo al empleo para los perceptores de la prestación, que nos proponemos analizar en el presente artículo.
