مستخلص: It has also studied how, under certain conditions, politics is structured by law.[12] The third broad approach to power in international criminal justice takes different types of agentic and institutional power inequality as its object. In the second article, Nicola Palmer and Tom Hamilton investigate how legal professionals at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) and the ICC perceive and understand their authority. Building on a growing body of scholarship that accentuates the communicative foundations and dimensions of international criminal justice, the article accentuates the capacity of narratives to shape perceptions about the actors involved in criminal justice processes.
