| Abstract (English): |
The research aimed to identify the impact of ecommerce on developing the competitiveness of food manufacturing facilities in Alexandria Governorate. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach and used a simple random sample. The number of members of the study sample was 70 individuals working in the marketing departments of food manufacturing facilities in Alexandria Governorate. The study reached a high level of ecommerce application and an increase in the level of competitiveness of food manufacturing establishments in Alexandria Governorate, and the presence of a positive, statistically significant effect of the level of ecommerce application on developing the competitiveness of food manufacturing establishments in Alexandria Governorate, and the presence of a direct, statistically significant effect of the level of ecommerce application on the development of strategies of focus, excellence, and cost (dimensions of competitiveness) of food manufacturing facilities in Alexandria Governorate. The study recommended the need to pay attention to achieving optimal benefit from e-commerce in achieving economic development and to pay attention to providing methods and means that contribute to encouraging companies and projects working in the field of food manufacturing to use ecommerce and work to provide the capabilities and needs that contribute to increasing the ability of companies and institutions working in the field of food manufacturing to achieve excellence and competitiveness. استهدف البحث التعرف على أثر التجارة الإلكترونية في تنمية القدرة التنافسية لمنشآت التصنيع الغذائي في محافظة الإسكندرية واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدم العينة العشوائية البسيطة في جمع بيانات الدراسة، وبلغ عدد افراد عينة الدراسة 70 فرد من العاملين في الإدارات التسويقية لمنشآت التصنيع الغذائي في محافظة الإسكندرية. وتوصلت الدراسة الي ارتفاع مستوى كلا من تطبيق التجارة الإلكترونية والقدرة التنافسية لمنشآت التصنيع الغذائي في محافظة الإسكندرية، وكذلك وجود تأثير طردي ذي دلالة إحصائية لمستوي تطبيق التجارة الإلكترونية على تنمية القدرة التنافسية لمنشآت التصنيع الغذائي في محافظة الإسكندرية ووجود تأثير طردي ذي دلالة إحصائية لمستوي تطبيق التجارة الإلكترونية على تنمية استراتيجيات التركيز، التميز، التكلفة (ابعاد القدرة التنافسية) لمنشآت التصنيع الغذائي في محافظة الإسكندرية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على الاهتمام بتحقيق الاستفادة المثلي من التجارة الإلكترونية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاهتمام بتوفير البرامج والدورات التدريبية للأفراد والاهتمام بتوفير الأساليب والوسائل التي تساهم في تشجيع الشركات والمشروعات العاملة في مجال التصنيع الغذائي على استخدام التجارة الإلكترونية في كافة تعاملاتها مع العملاء والعمل على توفير الإمكانيات والاحتياجات التي تساهم في زيادة قدرة الشركات والمؤسسات العاملة في مجال التصنيع الغذائي على تحقيق التميز والقدرة التنافسية وزيادة الحصة السوقية لها وتشجيع الباحثين على اجراء الدراسات والأبحاث المتعلقة بالتجارة الإلكترونية والقدرة التنافسية.
