| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed to know the extent to which the school administration succeeded in achieving its special roles in the integration schools for the hearing impaired in public schools in Madinah. And revealing the differences between the opinions of the study sample members according to the stage, practical experience, training courses in the field of special education, and identifying the proposals of the study sample members for the success of the integration experience. The quantitative and qualitative descriptive approach was used, and the study sample included all the parent community according to the census of the academic year 1432/1433 AH, including principals, agents, teachers and supervisors of special education in the three stages of integration schools for the hearing impaired in Medina. The study relied on two tools: the questionnaire that was applied to teachers, which included (43) statements, and the interview with principals, agents, and supervisors. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the following: Medium degree, Then the field of environment and health with an average of (3.30) and a moderate degree, then the mental cognitive field with an average of (2.83) and a medium degree, respectively. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations and proposals were made, which the researcher hopes will help officials in each of the Ministry of Education, the Department of Education and the School Administration to achieve their roles in the integration schools for the hearing impaired in Madinah with a very high degree, or at least high. هدفت الد ا رسة تعرف مدى نجاح الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق أدوارها الخاصة في مدارس الدمج لضعاف السمع بالمدارس الحكومية بالمدينة المنورة. والكشف عن الفروق بين آ ا رء أف ا رد عينة الد ا رسة تبعا للمرحلة، الخبرة العملية، الدو ا رت التدريبية في مجال التربية الخاصة، والتعرف على مقترحات أف ا رد عينة الد ا رسة لنجاح تجربة الدمج. استخدم / المنهج الوصفي الكمي والنوعي ،وشملت عينة الد ا رسة جميع المجتمع الأصل وفق إحصاء العام الد ا رسي 1432 1433 ھ من مديرين ووكلاء ومعلمين ومشرفي التربية الخاصة في مدارس الدمج لضعاف السمع بم ا رحلها الثلاثة داخل المدينة المنورة. واعتمدت الد ا رسة على أداتين هما الاستبانة التي طبقت على المعلمين والتي اشتملت على) 43 (عبارة والمقابلة مع المديرين والوكلاء والمشرفين وتوصلت الد ا رسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج ومن أهمها ما يلي:على المستوى الإجمالي فإن الإدارة المدرسية تحقق أدوارها بدرجة متوسطة، وأن أكثر المجالات تحقي ق ا من قبل الإدارة المدرسية هي: المجال الوجداني بمتوسط) 3،83 (وبدرجة عالية، ثم مجال التفاعل الاجتماعي بمتوسط 3،63 (وبدرجة عالية، ثم المجال النفسي بمتوسط) 3،31 (وبدرجة متوسطة، ثم مجال البيئة والصحة بمتوسط (3،30 (وبدرجة متوسطة، ثم المجال العقلي المعرفي بمتوسط) 2،83 (وبدرجة متوسطة على الترتيب. وفي ضوء النتائج تم وضع عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات التي يأمل الباحث أن تساعد المسؤولين في كل من و ا زرة التربية والتعليم وادارة التربية والتعليم والإدارة المدرسية لتحقيق أدوارها في مدارس الدمج لضعاف السمع بالمدينة المنورة بدرجة عالية ج دا، أو عالية على أقل تقدير.
