Abstract (English): A gold@platinum (Au@Pt) nanozyme-based test strip for the convenient and sensitive detection of hydrogen peroxide residues in foods was developed using Whatman No.1 filter paper as the carrier, Au@Pt nanozyme as the catalyst, 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine as the color developer, and acetic acid-sodium acetate solution at pH 4.6 as the buffer system. The optimized test strip soaking time was 10 s. The test paper could detect hydrogen peroxide in samples within 3 min with a minimum detection limit of 0.34 mg/kg and a good linearity (R²= 0.9931). The test paper is easy to make, highly accurate, stable and simple to operate, and can be used in the real-time on-site detection of food products in various distribution channels. Abstract (Chinese): 为实现对食品中残留过氧化氢便捷、灵敏的检测, 研制一种基于金@铂纳米酶的过氧化氢快速检测试纸。 该试纸以 Whatman No.1 滤纸为载体, 以金@铂纳米酶为催化剂, 以 3,3’,5,5’-四甲基联苯胺为显色剂, 以 pH 4.6 的 醋酸-醋酸钠溶液为缓冲体系制备而成。通过优化试纸制作工艺, 确定试纸浸泡时间为 10 s, 最快显色稳定时间为 3 min。该试纸检出限为 0.34 mg/kg, 具有较好的线性关系 (R2 =0.9931)。该试纸制作方便、准确度高、稳定性 好、操作简单, 可以应用于食品各流通环节的即时现场检测。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
