| Abstract (English): |
The Islamic true religion cares so much about deposits and concentrates on saving them. Also, it warns against losing or abusing deposits in many Quranic verses and prophets traditions as well as efforts by religious jurists, may Allah bless them. They searched this topic extensively in all aspects and made appropriate regulations. Therefore, we only have to look into their huge heritage and their abundant knowledge. Then, we would see their writings and collect their data so that we can mention their evidences and explanations. We gather the scattered of their sayings with the help of God Almighty. نظ ا ر لاهتمام الدين الاسلامي الحنيف بالودائع والتأكيد على حفظها والتحذير من خيانتها وتضيعها في نصوص ق ا رنيه كثيرة؛ واحاديث نبوية شريفة، وجهود الفقهاء. بارك الله فيهم وفي وجهودهم -بحثوا هذه الجزئية –وغيرها -بحثا مستفيضاً من. جميع جوانبها، ووضعوا الاحكام المناسبة لها، فما علينا – الا ان ننظر في ت ا رثهم الضخم، وعلمهم الغزير، ثم نرى ما كتبوا، و نجمع ما سطروا ونذكر ادلتهم وتعليلاتهم . ونجمع شتات اقوالهم مستعينين بالله تعالى .
