Sunnah is the second source of Islamic law after the Koran, and the sunnah itself is the sayings, deeds and decrees of the Prophet. In terms of the capacity of the Prophet as a bearer of treatises and on the other hand as an ordinary human being, by many scholars the sunnah is divided into the Sunnah Tasyri'iyyah and the Sunnah Ghairi Tasyri'iyah. Sunnah Tasyri'iyyah are things that originate from the Prophet Muhammad saw in his capacity as an apostle who was tasked with conveying his prophetic message. Things that are included in the Sunnah Tasyri'yyah include things of the occult and worship. As for the Sunnah of Ghairi Tasyri'iyyah, it is a sunnah that has no provisions to follow. Those included in the Sunnah of Ghairi Tasyri'iyah include anything that comes from the Prophet Muhammad which is human in nature, human knowledge, intelligence and experiments on world problems, and anything that comes from the Prophet Muhammad and there are arguments that show the speciality of the Prophet SAW . The approaches used to understand the sunnah of Ghairi Tasyri'iyyah include maqasyid al-shari'ah, historical, and sociological approaches. The emergence of the distribution of sunnah to Tasyri'iyyah and Ghairi Tasyri'iyyah is dedicated to several things. First, there are differences of opinion about the meaning of Shari'a. Second, there are different views on the actions of the Prophet that are innate as human beings. Third, there are differences of opinion about the Prophet's ijtihad. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
