مستخلص: A case study of a 65-year-old female with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) presented with a cauliflower-like mass on her middle back, which had been slowly growing over two years and was initially diagnosed as squamous cell papilloma or nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis. The patient declined surgical intervention and a confirmed histopathological diagnosis could not be established, highlighting the asymptomatic nature of such lesions.
