| Abstract (English): | The purpose of this study is to identify the contribution’sdegree of the "commandments" system, to reach the quality of the LMD system; We followed the descriptive approach with 20 teachers in M'sila University during of the 2016/2017 year. the study revealed the following results: The pedagogical component obtained the first rank, the information obtained the second, the methodological aspect in the third, the psychological fourth, the professional fifth, the technical side in sixth. | Abstract (French): | Le but de cette étude est d'identifier le degré de contribution du système «des commandements», pour atteindre la qualité du système LMD; Nous avons suivi l'approche descriptive sur 20 enseignants, à l'université de M'sila au cours de l’année 2016/2017. l’étude a révélé les résultats suivants: Le volet pédagogique a obtenu le premier rang, celui information a obtenu le deuxième, l’aspect méthodologique au troisième, le psychologique au quatrième, le professionnel au cinquième, le côté technique au sixième rang. | Abstract (Arabic): | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة مساهمة جهاز الوصایا بمكوناته في تحقیق جودة التعلیم الجامعي نظام،ل.م.د من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، على عینة من 20 أستاذا بقسم علم النفس، بجامعة المسیلة، خلال السداسي الأول .2017/2016 وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة استطلاعیة من ستة جوانب. وبعد استخدام الأسالیب الإحصائیة المناسبة؛ توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالیة: احتل الجانب البیداغوجي الرتبة الأولى، الجانب الإعلامي الثانیة، الجانب المنهجي الثالثة، الجانب النفسي الرابعة، الجانب المهني الخامسة، و إ حتل الجانب التقني المرتبة الأخیرة.
