Abstract (English): With the development of membrane technology, a large amount of refractory organic wastewater will be produced in the process of membrane production. It is very urgent to develop efficient and economic processing technology to ensure the green development of membrane industry. The A/O+membrane carbon bioreactor integrated equipment was used to treat the N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) wastewater produced by a membrane material production enterprise. The water treatment capacity of the project was 30 m3 /d. The overall floor area was only 36 m² ,while the project had a lot of characteristic such as easy to operate, start-up quickly,construction fast. The overall commissioning and domestication had been completed within 2 months. When the COD of influent water was 1 800- 3 100 mg/L and the TN was 120-180 mg/L,the COD of effluent water was 200-400 mg/L and the TN was <40 mg/L, the removal rate of COD was about 90% and the removal rate of TN was above 70%,the effluent quality was far superior than the tertiary standard of the second period of Guangdong provincial standard of Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants (DB 44/26—2001), The total cost of wastewater treatment was 1.99 yuan/m³,which was lower than “iron-carbon coupling Fenton oxidation-coagulation precipitation” process and BDD electrocatalytic oxidation method. The stable operation of A/O+membrane carbon bioreactor provided a reference technical path for the treatment of refractory biochemical membrane-making wastewater. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 随着膜技术的发展, 制膜过程中会产生大量难降解有机废水, 开发高效实用的处理工艺以保障膜行业 的绿色发展显得十分迫切. 采用 A/O+膜炭生物反应器(MCBR)一体化设备处理某膜材料生产企业产生的 N, N-二 甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)废水. 项目处理水量为 30 m³ /d, 整体占地面积仅为 36 m², 建造时间短, 生化调试简单, 启动快, 整体调试驯化时间在 2 个月内完成. 在进水 COD 为 1 800~3 100 mg/L, TN 为 120~180 mg/L 情况下, 经膜炭生物反应 器处理后出水 COD 为 200~400 mg/L, TN<40 mg/L, COD 去除率在 90% 左右, TN 去除率>70%, 出水水质优于广东省 地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)第二时段Ⅲ级标准. 经济性分析表明, 制膜废水综合处理成本为 1.99 元/m3, 低于“铁碳耦合 Fenton 氧化-混凝沉淀”和 BDD 电催化氧化法.
