| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed to identify the reality of crisis management in sports organizations، based on variables such as job position، specialization، academic qualification، and years of service. The study sample consisted of 215 individuals selected deliberately from the study population، including sports federation administrators، sports club administrators، and sports academics. The data was statistically analyzed using methods such as mean ، standard deviation، percentages، t-test، one-way analysis of variance، and Chi-square test for contingency tables. The results revealed that sports organizations (clubs and sports federations) in Yemen face crises at a high level in terms of political ، financial، administrative، and technical aspects. There was also a convergence of views among federation administrators ، sports club administrators، and sports academics regarding the reality of crises in sports bodies. Additionally، specialists in sports education and sports academics had a different perception of the reality of crises in sports bodies compared to the rest of the sample . Based on the results، the study recommends the need to separate political work from the sports aspect and increase financial support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports. It also suggests implementing preventive measures to address anticipated crises in sports organizations and seeking the expertise of management ، sports management، and crisis management consultants. هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع إدارة الأزمات في الهيئات الرياضية، وتقصي ذلك تبعا المتغيرات (الصفة الوظيفية - التخصص - المؤهل العلمي سنوات الخدمة)، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (215) فردا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية من مجتمع الدراسة (إداريي الاتحادات الرياضية - إداريي الأندية الرياضية - الأكاديميين الرياضيين)، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية (المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية، واختبار "ت"، وتحليل التباين الأحادي، واختبار شيفيه للمقارنات البعدية). وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن الهيئات الرياضية (الأندية والاتحادات الرياضية) في اليمن تواجه آزمات بمستوى عال من الناحية السياسية والإمكانات المادية والإدارية والفنية وكذلك تطابق وجهات نظر إداريي الاتحادات والأندية الرياضية والأكاديميين حول واقع الأزمات في الهيئات الرياضية، وإلى تميز متخصصي التربية الرياضية والأكاديميين الرياضية بنظرة مختلفة إلى واقع الأزمات في الهيئات الرياضية عن باقي أفراد العينة وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الدراسة بضرورة فصل العمل السياسي عن الجانب الرياضي، وزيادة الدعم المالي من قبل وزارة الشباب والرياضية. وكذلك عمل إجراءات وقائية لمواجهة بعض الأزمات المتوقعة في الهيئات الرياضية والاستفادة من استشارة خبراء (الإدارة الإدارة الرياضية إدارة الأزمات).
