| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed to measure the efficiency of a digital educational platform based on Chatbot to develop an awareness of digital citizenship's values (respect, educate, and protect). It also aimed to produce digital content to enhance the mental image of Saudi youth through social media. To achieve these goals, a sample of (16) graduate students at King Abdul Aziz University, aged 22-34 years, was trained to produce digital content (video/infographic) using the platform, through a two-week training program. The study followed the design-based research method in developing the platform and the one-group semi-experimental method with pre and posttests to verify its effectiveness. The tools used were a test to measure the awareness of digital citizenship values, and a product rubric to evaluate the quality of the products made by the sample. Wilcoxon was used to compare the mean scores of the sample in the cognitive test, while ANOVA was used to analyze the results of the product rubric. The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences in developing the awareness of digital citizenship values due to platform use. It also revealed the high quality of the content and design of the products made by the sample. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفَ البحثُ قياسَ فاعليةِ منصَّة تعليمية رقمية قائمة على روبوتات الدَّردشة التَّفاعلية في تنميةِ الوعي بقيمِ المواطنة الرَّقمية (الاحترام، التَّعليم، والحماية)، وإنتاج محتويات رقمية ذات جودة لتحسين الصُّورة الذِّهنية للشَّباب السُّعودي بوسائل التَّواصل الاجتماعي. ولتحقيقِ أهدافِ البحث، تمَّ تدريبُ عيِّنة قوامُها (16) طالبةً من طالباتِ الدِّراسات العليا بجامعةِ الملك عبد العزيز من الفئةِ العمرية (22-34) عامًا لإنتاج محتوى رقمي (فيديو أو انفوجرافيك) حول قيمِ المواطنة الرَّقمية من خلال برنامج تدريبي لمدة أسبوعين. اتَّبع البحثُ منهجيةَ البحثِ القائم على التَّصميم في تطوير المنصَّة والمنهجية شبه التَّجريبية ذات المجموعة الواحدة بقياسين قبلي وبعدي للتحقُّق من فاعليتِها. كما تمَّ استخدامُ أداةَ الاختبار المعرفي لقياس الوعي بقيمِ المواطنة الرَّقمية، واستخدام (بطاقة تقييم مُنتج) لتقييمِ جودة المنتَجات المنفَّذة من قبل العيِّنة. وتمَّ استخدامُ اختبار ويلكوكسون لمقارنةِ متوسِّط درجات العيِّنة في الاختبار المعرفي في حين تمَّ استخدامُ تحليل التَّباين أنوفا لتحليلِ نتائجِ بطاقة تقييم المنتَج. وأوضحت النَّتائجُ وجودَ فروقٍ ذات دلالةٍ إحصائية في تنميةِ الوعي بقيمِ المواطنة الرَّقمية تُعزَى للمنصَّة القائمة على روبوتات الدَّردشة التَّفاعلية، كما أظهرت المنتجاتُ الرَّقمية المنفذة جودتَها التي تمَّ نشرُها عبر تويتر((X بهدفِ تحسين الصُّورة الذِّهنية للشَّباب السُّعودي بوسائل التَّواصل الاجتماعي. كما أظهرت النَّتائجُ ارتفاعَ جودة المنتَجات الرَّقمية التي اعتمدت على اتِّباع معايير المحتوى والمعايير الفنية في المنصَّة الرَّقمية.
