| Abstract (English): |
The research aims to identify the degree of psychological combustion among the members of the research sample, as well as to identify the differences between the dimensions of psychological combustion among the members of the research sample, and the researcher assumed that there is a discrepancy in the level of psychological combustion among the research sample, and the presence of differences in the degrees of some dimensions of the psychological combustion scale in the research sample . The researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the research sample, which included football coaches for the Iraqi league clubs for the central and southern regions. Among the most important conclusions reached by the researcher were: the presence of an increase in the level of psychological combustion for some football coaches, and the existence of a variation in the level of psychological combustion among the members of the research sample. The researcher reached recommendations, including the need to emphasize the importance of psychological preparation for trainers and to involve trainers in courses related to psychological aspects and under the supervision of a psychologist for the purpose of introducing them to the phenomenon of psychological burnout and its causes, in order to ensure their knowledge of this phenomenon in the future.
