| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to identify the impact of strategic leadership on achieving competitive advantage through crisis management in banks operating in Amanat Al Asema. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and its population consisted of all employees in leadership and supervisory positions in banks under study, amounting to (1710) employees. A sample of (313) members was selected by the random probability stratum method. Data was collected by a questionnaire. The data was entered, coded, and processed using the SPSS 23. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using the partial least squares (PLS) algorithm was used to test the hierarchical model of the study at two levels using the SmartPLS 3 program. The reflective model was used to analyze the first level, and the formative model was used for the second level. The study results showed that the banks under study pay great attention to achieving competitive advantage in all its dimensions, as well as to practicing strategic leadership in all its dimensions, and to practicing crisis management in all its dimensions as well. The results also revealed that there was a direct statistically significant impact of strategic leadership in all its dimensions combined and crisis management in all its dimensions combined, on achieving competitive advantage for the banks under study. The study also showed a decrease in the level of the impact of strategic leadership on achieving competitive advantage through crisis management, compared to the impact of the strategic leadership variable alone on achieving competitive advantage for the banks under study. The study recommended the need to strengthen the practice of strategic leadership in all its dimensions for its impact to achieve competitive advantage in the banks under study. A priority should also be given to the practice of crisis prevention policy, in the banks under study. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر القيادة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق التفوق التنافسي من خلال إدارة الأزمات في البنوك العاملة بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع العاملين في الوظائف القيادية والإشرافية في البنوك العاملة بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء وعددهم (1710) موظفاً، وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقيه نسبية بواقع (313) موظفا، وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبانة، وتم إدخال البيانات وترميزها ومعالجتها باستخدام برنامج ( SPSS (23) ، كما تم استخدام النمذجة البنائية بخوارزمية المربعات الصغرى الجزئية (SEM-PLS) ؛ لاختبار النموذج الهرمي للدراسة بمستويين، وذلك باستخدام برنامج (3) SmartPLS) لنمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية، حيث تم استخدام النموذج الانعكاسي لتحليل المستوى الأول والنموذج التكويني للمستوى الثاني. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن البنوك محل الدراسة تبدي اهتماماً كبيراً بتحقيق التفوق التنافسي بكافة أبعاده، وكذلك بممارسة القيادة الاستراتيجية بكافة أبعادها ، وبممارسة إدارة الأزمات بكافة أبعادها أيضاً، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر مباشر ذي دلالة إحصائية للقيادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها مجتمعة ولإدارة الأزمات بأبعادها مجتمعة في تحقيق التفوق التنافسي للبنوك محل الدراسة، كما أظهرت الدراسة انخفاض مستوى أثر القيادة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق التفوق التنافسي من خلال إدارة الأزمات مقارنة بأثر متغير القيادة الاستراتيجية منفرداً في تحقيق التفوق التنافسي للبنوك محل الدراسة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز ممارسة القيادة الاستراتيجية بكافة أبعادها؛ لتأثيرها في تحقيق التفوق التنافسي في البنوك محل الدراسة، وكذلك إعطاء الأولوية لممارسة سياسة الوقاية من الأزمات مع الاستمرار في احتواء الأضرار المطبقة بشكل أكبر حاليا في البنوك محل الدراسة.
