Physical education is currently receiving unprecedented attention and support from the state, so there has become an urgent need for a continuously developed teacher to keep pace with the developments of the times, and selfevaluation and the entrance to teaching competencies are considered one of the most important modern educational trends in the process of preparing the efficient teacher so that he can face the rapid changes in the era of the explosion of knowledge and educational technology, so the research aims to identify the level of performance of teaching competencies for physical education teachers in the UAE United Arab through self-evaluation of teachers and evaluation of mentors. The researchers used the descriptive approach because it is appropriate to the nature of the objective and procedures of this research. The research community included physical education mentors and also physical education teachers in the United Arab Emirates, and the researchers chose the research sample in a deliberate way The size of the basic sample was (3) mentors to evaluate the parameters of (30) teachers, and the exploratory sample reached (20) of physical education teachers, the most important conclusions The possibility of relying on any of the two methods under research to assess the level of performance of the competencies of physical education teachers in the UAE. The most important recommendations are the need to train physical education mentors in the United Arab Emirates to use the list of teaching competencies when evaluating and evaluating physical education teachers. And the need to pay attention to the self-evaluation of physical education teachers using the list of teaching competencies under research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

تحظى التربية الرياضية في الوقت الحالي باهتمام ودعم غير مسبوق من الدولة، لذلك أصبحت هناك ضرورة ملحة إلى معلم متطور بشكل مستمر ليواكب مستجدات العصر، ويعتبر التقييم الذاتي ومدخل الكفايات التدريسية من أهم الاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة في عملية إعداد المعلم الكفء حتى يستطيع مواجهة التغيرات السريعة في عصر الانفجار المعرفي وتكنولوجيا التعليم، لذا يهدف البحث الى التعرف على مستوى أداء الكفايات التدريسية لمعلمات التربية الرياضية في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة من خلال التقييم الذاتى للمعلمات وتقييم الموجهين أستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة هدف وإجراءات هذا البحث وأشتمل مجتمع البحث على موجهي التربية الرياضية وأيضا معلمات التربية الرياضية بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وأختار الباحثون عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية بلغ حجم العينة الاساسية (3) موجهين لتقييم المعلمات البالغ عددهم (30) معلمة كما بلغت العينة الاستطلاعية (20) من معلمات التربية الرياضية، أهم الاستنتاجات إمكانية الاعتماد على أى من الأسلوبين قيد البحث لتقييم مستوى أداء كفايات معلمات التربية الرياضية بدولة الامارات. وأهم التوصيات ضرورة تدريب موجهى التربية الرياضية بدولة الامارات المتحدة على استخدام قائمة الكفايات التدريسية عند تقييم وتقويم معلمات التربية الرياضية، وضرورة الاهتمام بالتقييم الذاتي المعلمات التربية الرياضية بإستخدام قائمة الكفايات التدريسية قيد البحث.
