| Abstract (English): |
Political participation is closely associated with political stability. With its Islamic concept, it has positive imprints on the political stability. This is clear on the political stability which was witnessed in Al-Madinah AlMunawwarah after the establishment of the first Islamic state in the Prophetic Period. The researcher observes the effect of the political participation in the Prophetic Period on achieving indicators reflecting the extent of political participation in the Prophetic Period. This study involves an introduction and two sections. The introduction contains the introduction, importance and objectives of the political participation in the Prophetic Period. The first section is about the nature of political participation according to the Islamic perspective, and the second section is about the effect of political participation in the Prophetic Period. In his study, the researcher adopted the descriptive inductive methodology, the analytical methodology, and the historical methodology. The researcher reviewed many previous studies and found that they were not about the effect of political participation on political stability. The researcher found several results, the most important of which are what follows. The relationship between political participation and politicalstability is direct relationship: whenever the efficacy of the political participation increases, the political stability increases. Also, the indicators of political stability were associated to the forms of political participation that were found in the prophetic period and which were the correct implementation of the political Islamic system methodology. ارتبطت المشاركة السياسية بالاستقرار السياسي ارتباطاً وثيقاً، وتركت بمفهومها الإسلامي بصمات إيجابية في الاستقرار السياسي، وقد تجلى ذلك بوضوح في الاستقرار السياسي الذي شهدته المدينة المنورة بعد تأسيس الدولة الإسلامية الأولى في العهد النبوي، يرصد الباحث في هذه الدراسة تأثير المشاركة السياسية في العهد النبوي في تحقيق مؤشرات تعكس مدى الاستقرار السياسي العهد النبوي. تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف والضبط لمفهومي المشاركة السياسية والاستقرار السياسي في المنظور الإسلامي ومدى تأثير المشاركة السياسية على الاستقرار السياسي في العهد النبوي، وشملت الدراسة مقدمة ومبحثين، فالمقدمة تناولت التمهيد والأهمية والأهداف والدراسات السابقة ومنهجية الدراسة وهيكلها. وتناول المبحث الأول: ماهية المشاركة السياسية من منظور إسلامي، وتناول المبحث الثاني: أثر المشاركة السياسية في الاستقرار السياسي في العهد النبوي. استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج التاريخي، وقد اطلع الباحث على العديد من الدراسات السابقة واستفاد منها، وإن لم تلامس موضوع الدراسة مباشرة، وخرجت الدراسة بعدة نتائج، من أهمها: أن العلاقة بين المشاركة السياسية والاستقرار السياسي علاقة طردية، كلما زادت فاعلية المشاركة السياسية زاد الاستقرار السياسي، وأن مؤشرات الاستقرار السياسي ارتبطت بأشكال المشاركة السياسية التي وجدت في العهد النبوي والتي كانت تطبيقاً صحيحاً للمنهجية الشرعية السياسية.
