| Abstract (English): |
Search Goal: The current research aims to: Developing a built-in environment based on the use of smartphones and knowing its impact on the physical, skill and digital levels of discus throwers. Research Methodology: I used The researcher used the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the researcher used the experimental design of an experimental group, by following pre and pos measurements. Research community and sample: The research community consists of (30) Twenty young people from research community, A number of(10) ten young people, were chosen as a survey sample. Pre-measurement: The researcher conducted the pre-measurement of the sample on the experimental research group "in the variables under study," growth rates, intelligence, some physical abilities, the level of skill and numerical performance of the discus throwing competition is being investigated by (10) ten young people on Monday 19/2/2022 at the military school in hickstep. Dimensional measurement: After the end of the specified period for the application, the researcher conducted the post-measuriables under research to learn about the level of skill performance of the skills of the discus throwing competition under discussion through the tools prepared for this purpose by a number of (10) ten young people on Sunday 22/5/2022 at the military school in hickstep. The most important concl: The development of integrated training based on the use of a smartphone has contributed in a positive way to improving the level of skill and digital performance of discus throwers. The most important recommendations: - Interest in developing a modern integrated electronic training environment to improve the performance of athletes in general. - Attention must be paid to the technical points affecting performance when training the skill or correcting common errors in it. يهدف البحث إلى تطوير البيئة المدمجة القائمة على إستخدام الهواتف الذكية ومعرفة تأثيرها علي كلاً من المستوي البدني و المهاري والرقمي لناشئي سباق قذف القرص. منهج البحث: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي نظراً لملائمته لطبيعة البحث واستعانت الباحثة بالتصميم التجريبي لمجموعة تجريبية بإتباع القياسات القبلية والبعدية. مجتمع وعينة البحث: يتمثل مجتمع البحث من (۳۰) ناشئ من ناشئي قذف القرص بنادي المدرسة الرياضية العسكرية بالهايكستيب، ولقد تم إجراء البحث على عينة عشوائية بلغ قوامها (۲۰) عشرون ناشئ من مجتمع البحث، وتم اختيار عدد (۱۰) ناشئ كعينة استطلاعية. القياس القبلي: قامت الباحثة بإجراء القياس القبلى للعينة على مجموعة البحث التجريبية في المتغيرات قيد البحث معدلات النمو الذكاء، بعض القدرات البدنية، مستوى الأداء المهاري والرقمي المسابقة قذف القرص قيد البحث بعدد (۱۰) ناشئين وذلك في يوم السبت ۲۰۲۲/۲/۱۹م بنادی المدرسة الرياضية العسكرية بالهايكستيب. القياس البعدى قامت الباحثة بعد انتهاء المدة المحددة للتطبيق بإجراء القياس البعدى في المتغيرات قيد البحث للتعرف على مستوى الأداء المهارى لمهارات مسابقة قذف القرص قيد البحث من خلال الأدوات المعدة لذلك بعدد (۱۰) ناشئين وذلك في يوم الأحد ٢٠٢٢/٥/٢٢م بنادى المدرسة الرياضية العسكرية بالهايكستيب. أهم الاستنتاجات: تطوير التدريب المدمج القائم بإستخدام الهاتف الذكي ساهم بطريقة إيجابية في تحسين مستوى الأداء المهاري والرقمي للاعبى قذف القرص الإهتمام بتطوير التدريب المدمج لبيئة مدمجة اليكترونية حديثة لتحسين أداء الرياضيين بصفة عامة. - يجب الإهتمام بالنقاط الفنية المؤثرة في الأداء عند تدريب المهارة أو تصحيح الأخطاء الشائعة بها.
