| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed to identify the objectives and requirements of the public, in addition to appropriate communication methods, as well as planning methods and implementation elements, and the problems of public relations management in sports federations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The descriptive method was used because it is suitable for study objectives. The research sample included players, administrators, and coaches from various sports federations in the Kingdom of Bahrain, selected randomly, and the sample size was (130) people. The most important results were as follows: 0- There are specific objectives for public relations management that are implemented in sports federations, with a relative importance of 89.9%. 0- The public relations department works on planning good programs based on realism, with a relative importance of 94.1%. 2- The public relations department works on improving its appearance to the external public, with a relative importance of 86.7%. هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على اهداف متطلبات الجمهور، وسائل الاتصال المناسبة طرق التخطيط وعناصر التنفيذ، ومشكلات إدارة العلاقات العامة بالاتحادات الرياضية بمملكة البحرين، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وشملت عينة البحث على لاعبين والإداريين والمدربين من مختلف الاتحادات الرياضية بمملكة البحرين وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية وبلغ حجم العينة (۱۳۰) شخص وجاءت اهم النتائج: 1 - وجود أهداف محددة لإدارة العلاقات العامة يتم العمل بها في الاتحادات الرياضية وجاءت الأهمية النسبية ۸۹.۹ %. ٢ - يعمل قسم العلاقات العامة على تخطيط البرامج الجيدة التي تكون أساسها الواقعية الأهمية النسبية .%٩٤.١ - يعمل قسم العلاقات العامة على تحسين مظهره أمام الجمهور الخارجي الأهمية النسبية ٨٦.٧.
