| Abstract (English): |
This research discussed of the impact of strategic agility (as an independent variable) on organizational Ambidexterity (as a dependent variable) by applying it to the Egyptian banking sector. The research population was represented by all employees in the main branches in Cairo and Giza governorates. The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of completing the field study. There were 282 lists eligible for analysis, with a response rate of (70.5%). The results of the research concluded that: strategic agility has a positive impact on organizational agility in the banks under research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة أثر الرشاقة االستراتيجية (كمتغير مستقل) على البراعة التنظيمية (كمتغير تابع) وذلك بالتطبيق على القطاع المصرفى المصرى، حيث تمثل مجتمع البحث فى جميع العاملين باألفرع الرئيسية بمحافظتي القاهرة والجيزة، و قد استخدمت الباحثة قائمة استقصاء لتجميع البيانات الالزمة بغرض استكمال الدراسة الميدانية، وجاءت القوائم الصالحة للتحليل بواقع .(282)( قائمة بمعدل استجابة( %70.5) وقد توصلت نتائج البحث الىأن الرشاقة ً على الب ارعة التنظيمية فى البنوك محل البحث. االست ارتيجية تؤثر تأثي ار.
