| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to know the role of electronic supervision in the professional development of teachers of mathematics, science and English language in the Dawadmi governorate. On a random sample consisting of (1114) male and female teachers of mathematics, science and English language in Al-Dawadmi Governorate, and after collecting the data, it was processed statistically and analyzed using the one-way analysis of variance test, the Scheffer test, the Kruskal-Wallis test, and the Pearson correlation coefficient to ensure that The validity of the questionnaire using the internal consistency method, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the split half method to ensure the stability of the questionnaire according to the variables of the study. There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥ α) between the responses of the study sample about the role of electronic supervision in their professional development due to the variable of educational stage and academic qualification. Published conferences and research, and coordination between education offices and schools to apply electronic supervision in a broader and more comprehensive way, keeping pace with modern applications in the educational and administrative process. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الإشراف الإلكتروني في التنمية المهنية لمعلمي الرياضيات والعلوم واللغة الإنجليزية في محافظة الدوادمي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أستخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتطبيق أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) التي اشتملت على (۳۱) فقرة على عينة عشوائية تكونت من (۱۱۱٤) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي ومعلمات الرياضيات والعلوم واللغة الإنجليزية بمحافظة الدوادمي، وبعد جمع البيانات تمت معالجتها احصائيا وتحليها باستخدام اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي، واختبار "شيفيه، واختبار كروسكال واليز"، ومعامل ارتباط "بيرسون" للتأكد من صدق الاستبانة بطريقة الاتساق الداخلي، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ وطريقة التجزئة النصفية للتأكد من ثبات الاستبانة وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة، فتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الإشراف الإلكتروني له دور كبير في التنمية المهنية لمعلمي الرياضيات والعلوم واللغة الإنجليزية في مجال التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم للتدريس، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( ٠.٠٥ (a) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول دور الإشراف الإلكتروني في التنمية المهنية لديهم تعزى لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية والمؤهل العلمي، وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحثون عدة من التوصيات أبرزها: الاستعانة بخبرات دولية في الإشراف الإلكتروني من خلال المؤتمرات والبحوث المنشورة، والتنسيق بين مكاتب التعليم والمدارس لتطبيق الإشراف الإلكتروني بشكل أوسع وأشمل ومواكب للتطبيقات الحديثة في العملية التعليمية والإدارية.
