This study aims to highlight the role played by the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the global, regional and local information databases it contains as one of the main and effective factors in achieving economic development and implementing the vision and plan that the Egyptian state has set for development and seeks to achieve. It reviewed the available databases that have been subscribed to. Whether it is the databases of the largest international publishing houses or regional and local databases, he also explained the percentage of databases available in Arabic and English, explaining the subject specializations covered by the available content, and the extent to which the content of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank contributes to achieving Egyptian economic development in accordance with the state's vision and plan. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه بنك المعرفة المصري وما يتضمنه من قواعد بيانات عالمية واقليمية ومحلية من معلومات كأحد العوامل الرئيسية والفاعلة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، وتنفيذ الرؤية والخطة التي وضعتها الدولة المصرية للتنمية وتسعى لتحقيقها، حيث استعرض قواعد البيانات المتاحة والتي تم الاشتراك بها سواء كانت قواعد بيانات الموجودة لدي أكبر دور النشر العالمية أو قواعد البيانات الاقليمية والمحلية، كما أوضح نسبة قواعد البيانات المتاحة باللغة العربية واللغة الانجليزية، موضحا التخصصات الموضوعية التي يغطيها المحتوى المتاح، ومدي مساهمة محتوى بنك المعرفة المصري في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية مصرية وفقًا لرؤية وخطة الدولة في التنمية.
