| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed to develop a future Arab vision; to enable libraries to support and promote continuous learning; by identifying its role in supporting continuous learning, monitoring the tools that help apply continuous learning in libraries, and addressing the challenges that hinder the libraries from supporting continuous learning, by relying on the analytical descriptive approach to know the role of libraries in supporting continuous learning, in addition to the use of one Methods of future studies, which is the Delphi method to identify the opinions of experts on how to develop a proposed vision to support continuous learning in libraries, and by using a questionnaire that was directed to experts to determine the elements of the proposed future vision to support continuous learning by selecting (11) academic experts who have experience in a subject Search from several universities . The study ended with a set of results, including the high rate of expert committee approval on Delphi elements of the proposed future vision, The experts suggested a set of elements that were taken into account during the preparation of the future vision, such as: searching for various funding sources to enrich libraries; emphasizing the role of professional library associations in the continuous learning of library and information specialists; relying on artificial intelligence methods and technologies that support continuous learning; and then Presenting a future vision to enhance continuous learning in libraries that is based on five axes: vision, mission, and goals The basic principles of the future vision Future activities, services, and programs for libraries to promote continuous learning; the transformations required for libraries to support continuous learning; integration between public, school, university, and research libraries to support continuous learning The study recommended the necessity of providing adequate financial support to libraries to promote continuous learning activities, providing educational consultants for guidance and advice within libraries, and seeking partnerships with a wide range of institutions and service providers in order to expand and deepen ties with the community and promote continuous learning services. هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع رؤية عربية مستقبلية؛ لتمكين المكتبات من دعم وتعزيز التعلم المستمر ؛ وذلك بعد التعرف على دور المكتبات في دعم التعلم المستمر، ورصد الأدوات التي تساعد على تطبيق التعلم المستمر بالمكتبات، وتناول التحديات التي تعيق عمل المكتبات عن دعم التعلم المستمر، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعرفة دور المكتبات في دعم التعلم المستمر، بالإضافة إلى الاستعانة بأحد أساليب الدراسات المستقبلة وهو أسلوب دلفي (Delphi) للتعرف على آراء الخبراء حول كيفية وضع رؤية مقترحة لدعم التعلم المستمر بالمكتبات، وباستخدام استبانة تم توجيهها إلى الخبراء لتحديد عناصر الرؤية المستقبلية المقترحة لدعم التعلم المستمر وذلك باختيار (۱۱) خبيرا من الأكاديميين الذين لديهم خبرة في موضوع البحث من عدة جامعات. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها : ارتفاع نسبة موافقة لجنة الخبراء في جولات (دلفي) على عناصر الرؤية المستقبلية المقترحة، واقترح الخبراء مجموعة من العناصر التي تم وضعها في الاعتبار أثناء إعداد الرؤية المستقبلية مثل: البحث عن مصادر تمويل متنوعة لإثراء المكتبات، والتأكيد على دور جمعيات المكتبات المهنية في التعلم المستمر لأخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات، والاعتماد على أساليب وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تدعم التعلم المستمر، ومن ثم تقديم رؤية مستقبلية لتعزيز التعلم المستمر بالمكتبات قائمة على خمسة محاور هي: الرؤية والرسالة والأهداف - المبادئ الأساسية للرؤية المستقبلية - الأنشطة والخدمات والبرامج المستقبلية للمكتبات لتعزيز التعلم المستمر - التحولات المطلوبة للمكتبات لدعم التعلم المستمر - التكامل بين المكتبات العامة والمدرسية والجامعية والبحثية لدعم التعلم المستمر. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تقديم الدعم المادي الكافي للمكتبات من أجل تعزيز أنشطة التعلم المستمر، وتوفير المستشارين التربويين للإرشاد والمشورة داخل المكتبات، وضرورة البحث عن شراكات مع مجموعة واسعة من المؤسسات ومقدمي الخدمات؛ من أجل توسيع وتعميق الروابط مع المجتمع وتعزيز خدمات التعلم المستمر.
