| Abstract (English): |
The current research aims to: reveal the Social Skills Among Children With Mild Intellectual Disability in The Light Of Some Demographic variables, the research sample consisted of (50) children with Mild Intellectual Disability, their ages ranged between (6:11) years, with an average age (7.74) and a standard deviation (2.01), their IQ ranged between (50:70), with an average IQ (60.68) and a standard deviation (6.05), The sample chosen from some of from some centers specialized in training and rehabilitation of children with special needs in Suez Governorate, The research tools included: Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales Fifth Edition(SB-5) (Professor Dr. Mahmoud El-Sayed Abu ElNil), the Social Skills scale For people with special needs and normal people, The results of the research revealed: There are statistically significant differences between The mean scores of children with mild Intellectual Disability on the scale of social skills are attributed to the gender of the child in favor of females, There are statistically significant differences between The mean scores of children with mild Intellectual Disability on the scale of social skills are attributed to the child's chronological age in favor of the late age stage. يهدف البحث الراهن إلى الكشف عن المهارات الاجتماعية لدي الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية، حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (٥٠) طفلاً من ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة تراوحت أعمارهم بين (٦) (۱۱) سنوات، بمتوسط عمري قدره (٧,٧٤) وانحراف معياري قدره (۲۰۰۱)، ونسبة ذكاء تتراوح ما بين (٧٠:٥٠) بمتوسط ذكاء قدره (٦٠,٦٨) وانحراف معياري قدره (٦,٠٥)، وتم اختيار أفراد العينة من بعض المراكز المختصة بتدريب وتأهيل الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمحافظة السويس، واشتملت أدوات البحث علي مقياس ستانفورد بينيه الصورة الخامسة (أ.د محمود السيد أبو النيل)، مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والعاديين احد جمال عطية فايد). وكشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية تعزي لنوع الطفل لصالح الإناث، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية تعزي للعمر الزمني للطفل لصالح الفئة العمرية المتأخرة.
