A recent study conducted by researchers at Florida State University examined the accuracy and reliability of AI-based virtual assistants in providing Medicare information. The study compared the performance of virtual assistants such as Alexa, Google Assistant, Bard, and ChatGPT-4 to a representative sample of Medicare beneficiaries. The findings revealed that Alexa and Google Assistant were highly inaccurate compared to the beneficiaries, while Bard and ChatGPT-4 performed much better.
