مستخلص: After we did our research work in creating a model that suggested the possible yoga a person could do by taking in consideration of their physical parameters like BPM, sleep etc. and with any physical problem they had so that we could recommend yoga that doesn't aggravate the problem if not alleviate the issue and help them with their stress. After we analyzed the data collected from our users, we saw that even if the same set yoga was done by two individuals the improvements were varying depending upon how accurate they are performing the pose. Therefore, in this paper we created a Machine Learning model that tells a user if it is performing the pose correctly and then studied their Brain waves using NeuroSky Mind Wave with a pre and post yoga session. By providing the users if they are performing the yoga correctly, we saw improvement in their brain waves and their mental wellbeing in a few days of performing yoga. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
