مستخلص: Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) grows in tropical climates and is used as the main raw material in the sugar industry. Propagation of this plant can be done using tissue culture techniques on a laboratory scale. Acclimatization is one of the most important stages of tissue culture, at this stage there is a process of adaptation and environmental transition from heterotrophs to autotrophs. The purpose of this study was to determine the survival percentage of sugarcane plantlets at the acclimatization and split stages. This research was conducted at PT. Gunung Madu Plantations (GMP) in September – October 2021. This study used 5 sugarcane varieties at PT. The GMPs are GM9110, GM976, GM665, GMP7, and GMP3. The stages of this research consist of material selection, making planting media, writing material data, washing, soaking, planting in the green house and in Alur. The results of the acclimatization of 5 sugarcane varieties contained a live percentage of 72.3% while at the split stage it was 98.8%. This indicates that the percentage of viability of sugarcane is higher at the split stage than at the acclimatization stage in the green house. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
