مستخلص: The article discusses developing ways to assess information literacy. The article examines the literature written by librarians concerning tools they have developed to assess aspects of information literacy. Several case studies are also presented which reflect the reliability and validity of the methods. The author explains that the case studies presented are representative samples for librarians thinking about introducing assessment of information literacy into their own libraries. Several tables are presented to illustrate the databases and their results.
